A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 49 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 499 within India. These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return or cancellation of the product or the order. For orders equal to or above Rs. 499, free shipping is available at all locations in India. The shipping charges can be modified by Crayonflakes at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

During Covid lockdown delivery is subject to MHA and state government guidelines. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Crayonflakes ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Crayonflakes is not liable.

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Crayonflakes has 15-days returns and exchange policy which gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Crayonflakes for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

Self-Ship is the only way to return the product.

International Credit/Debit card transactions are also accepted through PayPal.

Crayonflakes doesn’t offer COD payment option at this point of time.
